Wonder what I do all day?
Well, I am going to bring you a Work Series that gives you an idea as to what I do working in Customer Care at BlueBee.com. A little weekly posting,"behind the scenes" shots of me....well working at Blue Bee.
Unless I have 2x the amount of orders I am used to dealing with, on a daily basis everyone whom orders from BlueBee.com gets a written letter from me. That is what I am doing here. The first thing I do once I have all the product to ship out and receipts printed is I sit down and write my letters to you.
It is generally more interesting for me to not repeat the same thing over and over, and more interesting I am sure for you to not read the same thing over and over. I just sit down and start writing. I actually put a lot of time and thought into what I am saying, even if it is just "Have an awesome day, I'll let you know when we get the next shipment of Paul Smith"
Why write letters?
Because it means something. If someone takes the time to spend their hared earned money to buy something they LOVE, have to have, NEED, googled something they saw in a magazine or a celebrity wear, HEARD ABOUT or just Wanted I am going to take the time to say thanks!
This is my most favorite time of the day. I am not dealing with any other issues other than giving Thanks and Enjoy your Rad new threads.
Question: What is the coolest thing a Customer Service Rep did for you?? Or What do you do at your job to make it more meaningful?

writing thank you letters or just letters is the BESTEST i sometimes have to say that i do it for selfish reasons though - i figure if i write a letter, someone write me back!

That's a tough one...I will have to think on that and get back to you.
I am consumed with photoshop at the moment, inspired by your expertise. So far that is the best thing this customer service has done for me ; 0
Hi Cristi,
I LOVE it! Thank you notes are so wonderful...everyone enjoys receiving one! Thank YOU so much for taking the time to hand-write our customers a special note. This is a wonderful way to brighten someone's day! You're so RAD! Keep up the great work! I look forward to Part II of this series.
That's so cool, Cristi. Hardly anyone writes letters in hand anymore.
I have ordered from Blue Bee for myself and my clients - it has the best service around and is personalized (thanks to you!) - so hard to find now days. Love your photos of you at work.
Cindy!!! Thanks!!!! Your so welcome, that really means a lot! So awesome!!!!!
Hi, I just found your blog through Jill's. Thats so cool you handwrite all the notes! I've had a lot of nice sales reps do lots of nice things, but the most recent was the amazing rep who magically made a sold out, waiting list closed scarf appear out of thin air for me! The halloween photos are so funny, I was tring to figure what the little girl's costume was suppost to be, and was in hysterics to then read it was your son!!
