This is Not a Polo Shirt

Jason is wearing: Band Of Outsiders Shadow Stripe Shirt Blue/White, Joe's Jeans Brixton King,
Sperry Top Sider

Scott Sternberg once again infuses the fashion world with his sense of humor with his new line, "This is Not a Polo Shirt". It reminds me of the mockery of the Emperor's New Clothes, but the other way around.

Never the less, the dude knows how to get attention and he definitely has ours. The polo shirt is developed and produced with A-Girls Co. in Wakayama, Japan. In an article/interview with Scott, Rebecca Dana writes:“It was just to piss everyone off, including my lawyers,” he says. “But actually we’re totally scot-free.” He describes the line as “a meditation on Polo's,” using unusual fabrics like high-gauge pique and cotton-poly (“but not in a gross American Apparel way”) and playing with stripes and pockets. The logo on the shirts is “(logo).”

Is that why the Polo's are cut short? Maybe his lawyers have long torsoes! They run true to Band of Outsiders sizing......small, and yes, they run short. Many a man has laid down his ego and bought an XL when he always reaches for the Large and occasionally the Med. They are ment to be worn tight, tighter than I have on Jason.

IT'S OK, WE GOT OVER IT, THEY ARE AMAZING CLOTHES AND WE WILL KEEP BUYING THEM AS LONG AS YOU ARE INSPIRED TO MAKE THEM SCOTT.
